How do I make returns?

Our return policy lasts 30 days counting from the delivery of the order. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a refund.

Currently, we are unable to process returns for non-damaged items. Please review the product description and size chart carefully to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size, please contact us at info@catrooboo.com.

However, there are a few special situations where we do accept returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Make sure to include photos of the issue to speed up the process.
  • Mislabeled or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an item with a wrong size label or a different product than what you ordered, please get in touch with us. We will correct the error and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Wrong Size Ordered: We generally cannot accept returns for wrong sizes chosen by the customer. However, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and the item is in new, unworn condition, we may be able to offer an exchange for the correct size. Please note, this is handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional shipping fees may apply.
